How we work

From a single call
to the last guest.

A four-stage process that's stayed roughly the same for eighteen years, because it works. The only thing that changes is who's throwing the party.

Brief

A 30-minute call. You tell us what 'a good night' looks like; we ask better questions than you expect.

Design

Within ten days you receive a moodboard, run-of-show, supplier list and a fully costed budget — no surprises.

Produce

We handle the calls, contracts and crew. You receive weekly updates and approve only the things that matter.

Host

On the night, we are invisible. Two producers on the floor, one on comms, everyone briefed. You arrive as a guest.

Questions, answered

The six things every client asks before they call.

Anywhere from a 30-person private dinner to a 1,500-cap corporate launch. About 70% of our work sits between £15,000 and £80,000 in total spend, though we've produced both ends. Smaller events under £5,000 we usually refer to trusted partners.
Weddings: ideally 9–12 months out, though we've turned around a Provence wedding in eleven weeks. Corporate: 8–14 weeks is typical. Birthdays and socials: as little as three weeks if the brief is tight. We hold a small calendar of fast-turnaround weeks each quarter for short briefs.
London is home. UK-wide regularly, and we have repeat producers in Provence, the Amalfi Coast, Marrakech, Mallorca, the Cotswolds and the Scottish Highlands. Anywhere else, we'll quote travel and a scouting trip honestly.
A flat planning and production fee, plus suppliers at cost. We never take supplier commission — it keeps us honest about who's the right florist, caterer, or band for the room. Fees scale with guest count and complexity, not with budget.
Yes. Licensing, insurance, supplier contracts, accessibility provision, dietary management, transport, accommodation logistics, and on-the-night safeguarding. Anything you'd worry about, we handle.
It happens, often, and it's fine. We rebuild without drama. The 25% deposit is non-refundable; everything else (suppliers, venues, etc.) is governed by their own contracts, which we negotiate to be as flexible as we can.
