The best birthdays are specific. We start with the guest of honour — favourite drink, the song that always works, the friends who must not be seated together, the friend who will inevitably sing — and design outwards from there. Bespoke menus, a curated music programme, the right room, the right lighting, the right number of people. No template, no off-the-shelf production.
We produce birthdays at private homes (an unloved garage in Mayfair has become one of our favourite party spaces), private rooms in restaurants, members' clubs, gallery spaces, hired-out venues, and the occasional rooftop. We hold a small roster of private homes around London available for hire by referral only.
Surprise productions are a specialism — we've staged a flashmob of friends arriving from four time zones for a 40th, a recreated supper club from the birthday person's first job for a 50th, and a private gig from a musician the host has loved since university. Logistics are quiet, the moment is loud.
Planning and production fees start at £4,200, with most birthdays sitting between £8,000 and £40,000 in total spend depending on guest count and ambition. Photography and a same-week recap film are included as standard — most clients don't tell us, but we know the recap film is half the reason they hire us.
