How we approach it

Corporate work that doesn't feel corporate. We've produced everything from 30-person fund dinners at Cliveden to 1,200-cap product launches at the Roundhouse — same care, same calibration.

We exist for marketing leads, comms heads, and chiefs of staff who are tired of the agency playbook: identical run-of-shows, branded swag nobody wants, and a stage set that looks like every other launch this quarter. We start with the message you actually need to land — and design the room outwards from there. The result is corporate work that people remember for the room, not the run-of-show.

Our typical corporate brief runs eight to fourteen weeks. We've produced Series A and B launches in under ten weeks, full broadcast-grade summits with global speaker rosters, awards programmes for 600+, and quiet, careful client dinners for 30 at Cliveden. The team scales with the brief — strategic concept, stage design, AV and broadcast production, catering and bar, speaker briefings, guest registration, on-the-night concierge.

Venues we've recently produced in: the Roundhouse, Tate Modern, Sea Containers, Somerset House, Battersea Power Station, Spencer House, Cliveden, the Standard. Outside central London we work routinely with Luton Hoo (the strongest country-house venue inside the M25 ring for corporate), the Grove in Hertfordshire (hotel-led launches and AGMs), and bespoke marquee builds on corporate campuses along the M1 corridor between Luton, Hemel Hempstead and Milton Keynes. We hold relationships with broadcast crews, stage designers, AV firms, AV-over-IP specialists and content teams who can turn around campaign-ready footage within the week.

Planning and production fees start at £8,000. Most of our corporate work sits between £25,000 and £180,000 in total spend, depending on guest count, broadcast complexity, and venue ambition. As with weddings, suppliers are charged at cost — we never take commission. You'll know the exact number before you sign.

Questions, answered

The 7 things people ask before they call.

01What kinds of corporate events do you produce?
Product launches, brand activations, conferences and summits, awards ceremonies, AGMs and shareholder dinners, board offsites, client hospitality, fund dinners, partner events, and Series A–C launch events. We've produced for finance, tech, fashion, hospitality, property and the creative industries.
02How fast can you turn around a launch?
Nine weeks for a full Series B launch with stage, broadcast, dinner for 300 and an after-party. Three weeks for a 150-person partner dinner. We hold a calendar of fast-turnaround weeks each quarter — call us early in the brief and we'll be honest about the window.
03Do you handle stage design, AV and broadcast?
Yes. Stage design, AV, broadcast-grade live capture, AV-over-IP, content production, speaker autocue and briefings, hybrid streaming, and post-event campaign footage all sit with us. We work with the same specialist crews on every production.
04Which London venues do you regularly produce in?
The Roundhouse, Tate Modern, Sea Containers, Somerset House, Battersea Power Station, Spencer House, the Standard, Cliveden House, and Annabel's are venues we hold strong relationships with. We can also produce in non-traditional spaces, from warehouses in Bermondsey to private gardens in Mayfair.
05Do you work outside London — Bedfordshire, the M1 corridor?
Frequently. Luton Hoo for country-house corporate work, the Grove (Hertfordshire) for hotel-led launches and AGMs, and bespoke marquee builds on corporate campuses between Luton, Hemel Hempstead and Milton Keynes. The 30-minute drive from London means crew costs sit closer to central-London rates than full destination work.
06How much does corporate production cost?
From £8,000 in planning and production fees. Total spend including suppliers, stage, AV and catering typically sits between £25,000 and £180,000. We share a fully costed proposal within ten days of the brief — no surprises.
07Do you work with PR or comms agencies?
Frequently. We're often brought in by in-house comms teams or external PR agencies to handle production while they lead messaging and press. We're equally comfortable as lead or production partner.
