We produce four to six events a year at the Roundhouse — Series B and Series C product launches, brand activations, awards programmes, and the occasional after-party held in the dressing rooms. The venue rewards production teams who know its quirks; we do.

The Roundhouse is the strongest large-format launch venue in London. Capacity scales from a 30-person fund dinner in the dressing rooms to a 1,800-cap full-venue takeover with stage, broadcast and after-party. The acoustics are forgiving, the kit room is generous, and the venue's in-house team is one of the best we work with anywhere in the city.
Our briefs at the Roundhouse split across three formats. Full venue product launches with stage, IMAG, and broadcast capture (typically 800–1,500 guests). Brand activations in the dressing rooms and exterior spaces (200–500). And after-parties that use the building's most underrated asset: the rotunda's quieter corners hold a private party of 80 while the main hall is being de-rigged. We've used this trick more than once.
Lead time: 8–12 weeks for full-venue launches with broadcast. The venue books up 4–6 months out for peak season (October–November launch season, March–April Series-launch window). We hold pre-negotiated relationships with the venue's standard AV partners and our own.
A thirty-minute call. We'll tell you within the week whether we're the right house for the brief — and which other venues might be worth a look.
