What's your typical project size?

Anywhere from a 30-person private dinner to a 1,500-cap corporate launch. About 70% of our work sits between £15,000 and £80,000 in total spend, though we've produced both ends. Smaller events under £5,000 we usually refer to trusted partners.

How far in advance should we book?

Weddings: ideally 9–12 months out, though we've turned around a Provence wedding in eleven weeks. Corporate: 8–14 weeks is typical. Birthdays and socials: as little as three weeks if the brief is tight. We hold a small calendar of fast-turnaround weeks each quarter for short briefs.

London is home. UK-wide regularly, and we have repeat producers in Provence, the Amalfi Coast, Marrakech, Mallorca, the Cotswolds and the Scottish Highlands. Anywhere else, we'll quote travel and a scouting trip honestly.

How does pricing work?

A flat planning and production fee, plus suppliers at cost. We never take supplier commission — it keeps us honest about who's the right florist, caterer, or band for the room. Fees scale with guest count and complexity, not with budget.

Do you handle the legal & logistical bits?

Yes. Licensing, insurance, supplier contracts, accessibility provision, dietary management, transport, accommodation logistics, and on-the-night safeguarding. Anything you'd worry about, we handle.

What if we change our minds mid-plan?

It happens, often, and it's fine. We rebuild without drama. The 25% deposit is non-refundable; everything else (suppliers, venues, etc.) is governed by their own contracts, which we negotiate to be as flexible as we can.

The strongest formats at Annabel's are private dining room hire (20–80 guests, the Garden Room or the Rose Room), full-floor takeover for milestone parties (120–250), and after-parties for guests who've come from a separate dinner earlier in the evening (continuing the inner ring until 03:00).

Annabel's runs as a working members' club. Production is in close coordination with the club's events team; the food and beverage is in-house and excellent; the bar programme can be tailored within the club's standards. The hire fee is at the upper end of central London, and the value is in the room itself rather than the production wrap.

Lead times: six to ten weeks for private dining; ten to fourteen for full-floor. Membership is not required to book private events but the venue does ask about the host's relationship to the club.

01Do we need to be members to book Annabel's?

Not strictly — but the venue will ask about the host's relationship to the club. Most of our Annabel's clients are members, members' friends, or have a clear connection to the club's membership.

02What runs until what time?

Private dining and full-floor events routinely run to 03:00. Annabel's is the strongest late-night venue we work with in central London.

03What about the bar programme?

The club's signature bar programme can be tailored within the venue's standards — bespoke cocktails, dedicated bar staff, signature serves for the host. We've designed bar programmes around the birthday person's favourite drinks more than once.
