Havana Events is a Luton-based event house working across London, the UK and internationally. We cover four practices — weddings, corporate, birthdays, and socials — with the same team, the same standard, and the same number to call. Sixty-two percent of the work each year comes from clients we have produced for before.
We are deliberately small. Eight to twelve weddings, twenty to twenty-five corporate productions, and around sixty private events a year. The cap on volume is not a marketing line — it is the only way the two named leads on your brief stay on your brief from week one to the morning after.
Our planning fees are flat. Suppliers are charged at cost. We do not take commission on any supplier booking — florist, caterer, band, AV partner. It is the only way to be honest about whether a particular supplier is the right one for your room.
