Mallorca is the most under-priced of the Mediterranean destination wedding regions and the most logistically friendly for UK couples. Direct flights from six UK airports, a tested local supplier base, fincas and coastal villas at varying scales, and weather that holds longer than the south of France.
Late May to late June; mid-September to late October
2 hour 30 minute direct flight to Palma
Mallorca weddings split between two formats. Private finca weddings in the central island — restored country houses with garden capacity for 80–220 guests, the catering at long tables, the music outdoors until midnight. And coastal villa weddings on the west and north coasts, smaller in scale (40–100 guests) but commanding higher venue fees. Palma-side weddings are increasingly common; we've produced two in restaurants in the old town in the last two years.
The Mallorquin supplier base is the most efficient destination-wedding ecosystem we work in. Catering, florals, music, photography, AV — all available at international standard, contracted in Spanish, delivered without the logistical lift Amalfi requires. Our planning fee for Mallorca is at the lower end of our destination range.
We don't run weddings in July and August. The heat is wrong for outdoor weddings above 80 guests, and the island's hospitality infrastructure is at saturation. Late May through June and mid-September through October are the right windows.
Three trusted properties. 80–220 guests, garden ceremony and dinner.
Smaller scale. 40–100 guests with sea views.
Urban format. 40–80 guests. Strong for couples who want the city.
A thirty-minute call. No deck, no pitch — we'll ask better questions than you expect, and you'll know within the week whether we're the right house for your event.
