Luton is our home market. Most of our hall decoration work happens within a fifteen-minute drive of our base — community halls, hotel ballrooms, banqueting suites, mosque function rooms and private homes across the Luton, Dunstable and South Beds area. The local supplier roster (florists, drape hire, lighting, chairs) is set up for Luton venues and Luton timings, which is what keeps the styling fee at the lower end of our range.
Briefs we decorate regularly: wedding receptions (200–400 guests) at the larger Luton banqueting halls, mehndi and walima stages with backdrops and ceremony arches, 30th–50th milestone birthdays at hotel function rooms and private venues, christenings and akika ceremonies in community halls, and corporate hospitality dinners at hotels along the M1 corridor.
Hall decoration includes: backdrop hire and installation, drape work, ceiling installations, floral arches and ceremony structures, centrepiece styling, chair covers, sashes and table linen, charger plates, ambient and accent lighting (uplighters, candles, fairy lights, pin-spots), aisle styling, signage, set-up and breakdown crew. Pre-event photography of the styled room is included as standard.
