Somerset House is the most versatile large-format venue in central London. The Edmond J. Safra Fountain Court hosts 2,000-cap launches; the river-facing rooms host intimate dinners for 60. We produce four to six Somerset House events a year across both extremes.
60 to 2,500 across courtyards, river rooms and gallery spaces

The venue's strongest formats for our briefs are courtyard launches (with marquee build for weather contingency, 1,500–2,500 capacity), river rooms for fund dinners and private weddings (60–120), and gallery-space activations during exhibition windows. The location — between Covent Garden, the City and the South Bank — works for almost every audience type.
Production at Somerset House requires care. The venue is a working cultural institution; production windows around exhibitions, festivals and public-facing programming need to be scoped early. Our team has produced through Christmas-ice-rink season, Frieze week, and London Fashion Week without disrupting the venue's primary calendar.
Catering is by approved partners; we hold relationships with the relevant supplier list. AV at scale routes through the venue's preferred technical partners; we add specialist crews when the brief requires.
A thirty-minute call. We'll tell you within the week whether we're the right house for the brief — and which other venues might be worth a look.
