Most of our Tate work is brand launches and corporate hospitality. The Turbine Hall format is unmatched for product launches that need scale and presence — the volume of the space alone does production work. The Members' Room with its river view holds dinners of 60–120 in the most underrated dining room in central London.
Production at Tate is technically demanding. The Turbine Hall is acoustically alive — speech management needs careful audio design. The collection is the priority for the venue's curatorial team; any activation must be planned around exhibition cycles and conservation protocols. Our team has worked with the venue's events and curatorial teams long enough to know which briefs they'll accept and which they won't.
Catering, AV and floor crew route through approved partners. We hold relationships with the relevant supplier list and add specialist crews when the brief justifies it.
